American McGee, the quirky creator of the madness-themed Alice (in Wonderland) video games, would like to know if you'd like Alice 3, and if you would, would you back its development with your money on Kickstarter?
American McGee's upcoming action RPG Akaneiro: Demon Hunters reached its Kickstarter goal of $200,000 over the weekend. It didn't win by much though as the final tally came to $204,680.
The fourth batch of games - and second batch of software - has been accepted on Steam Greenlight, and it contains some real killers.
American McGee's free-to-play action role-playing game Akaneiro: Demon Hunters has entered open beta.
That means you can go play it now. The open beta lasts from today until 16th January, when developer Spicy Horse will take the game offline for a week for fine-tuning based on your feedback.
The news comes as the game's controversial Kickstarter, which calls for $200,000 to make the already finished game even better, passed the $50,000 mark.

American McGee's of Alice fame has just shown off the first gameplay video - below - for his studio Spicy Horse's upcoming free-to-play action-RPG Akaneiro: Demon Hunters, set for release later this year on mobile platforms and PC as a browser-based game.
