Age of Booty developer Certain Affinity has trademarked Legend of Booty, which suggests a sequel is on the way.
Published by Capcom, Age of Booty was a strategy game of pirates for PC, PSN and XBLA.
The idea was to sack towns and sink enemy ships, building up a fortune and an army along the way.

"Europe and Asia are looking good and we're hoping to get those out to you all on the same day," the post reads.
