English Metro 2033 keeps Russian VO

THQ's spooky shooter goes authentic.

The English release of Metro 2033 will include a subtitled version of the original Russian dialogue. Both PC and Xbox 360 versions support this.

We hope that means no comedy Eastern European accents, although we haven't heard the English VO yet.

Metro 2033 is a post-apocalyptic shooter set beneath Moscow, where metro stations have become settlements now Earth's surface is ravaged by disaster.

Developer 4A-Games hopes to layer on the atmosphere, and has turned out a game not too dissimilar to GSC's S.T.A.L.K.E.R. so far.

Head over to our hands-on impressions of Metro 2033 to find out more.

Metro: 2033 will be released on 19th March.
