EA "still discussing" Bourne game

Despite apparent cancellation.

Electronic Arts has said it is still considering making a Jason Bourne game despite the rumoured cancellation of the one Starbreeze was working on.

Yesterday the Swedish developer confirmed that one of its two EA titles - the other is thought to be a Syndicate revamp - has been shut down.

EA responded by telling the LA Times blog, "EA and the Ludlum Estate are still discussing making a game based on the Bourne franchise."

Last year EA announced it had acquired the exclusive rights to make games based on Robert Ludlum's books.
