EA Play comes with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass for PC at no extra cost

Starting later this year, an EA Play membership comes with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass for PC at no extra cost, Microsoft has announced.

This means Ultimate members get EA Play (formerly known as EA Access and Origin Access) on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Windows 10 PCs, while Game Pass for PC members get EA Play on Windows 10.

EA Play includes more than 60 EA games, such as FIFA 20, Titanfall 2 and Need for Speed Heat, as well as some of the Battlefield, Mass Effect, Skate and The Sims games. Microsoft said some of the EA Play games will also be available for Ultimate members to play on Android devices from the cloud at no additional cost.

Meanwhile, Game Pass for PC and the Xbox App becomes generally available on 17th September.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate costs £10.99 a month in the UK.
