Dying Light 2 delayed to unknown date

With more details to follow in coming months.

Yet another spring game has been delayed, as today developer Techland announced Dying Light 2 will not make its scheduled release window.

Originally planned for release sometime this spring, Techland explained more time was needed to "deliver an experience that lives up to our own high standards and the expectations of you, our fans."

"We know you are awaiting the game eagerly, and we want to deliver exactly what we promised."

"We apologise for this unwelcome news."

As of yet there's no word on when the game will now be released, but Techland says it will share more details in the coming months.

Last week, Cyberpunk 2077 and Marvel's Avengers were both delayed until September - while the Final Fantasy 7 Remake will now release in April. At least Animal Crossing seems to be staying put.
