Dust 514 beta opens to PlayStation Plus members tomorrow

Swept onto PSN for two weeks.

The closed beta for free-to-play MMO shooter Dust 514 is going to be open to all PlayStation Plus members this week, Sony has announced.

In North America, it's going up today. For Europe, it'll be up tomorrow.

The beta lasts until 5th September, and those who partake in it will get a 50 per cent off discount on the Mercenary Pack DLC, making it €9 / £7 instead of €17.99 / £13.99.

Developed by EVE Online creators CCP, Dust 514 transpires in the same persistent world as EVE, so they'll both run on the same servers, despite being different games with different genres on different platforms.

Will it be the yin to EVE's yang? We'll have impressions up tomorrow morning.
