DICE developing new Star Wars Battlefront game

Hoth stuff.

EA has just announced a new Star Wars: Battlefront game developed by Battlefield developer DICE.

A brief, seconds-long clip showed a snowy scene - the surface of Hoth, on which an Empire Strikes Back-era Snowspeeder suddenly crashes.

DICE is developing the title with its new Frostbite 3 engine.

EA previously explained that all of the titles it was showing were next-gen, so expect an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release.

No other launch details were mentioned, however.
