De Blob: Underground for spring 2011

Sequel has two-player, 2D platforming.

The sequel to under-loved Wii game de Blob will be subtitled Underground and be released in spring 2011.

What's more, the game will have two-player action and 2D platforming sequences, according to a scanned page of Nintendo Power magazine.

To find out more, however, you'll need buy the publication.

Nevertheless, this is the first we've heard about the sequel since THQ mentioned a de Blob sequel during a financial call earlier this year.
