Dance Central could come to PS3

But not Wii, according to report.

Harmonix is considering the possibilities of bringing new Kinect game Dance Central to PlayStation 3.

That's according to a bloke from Kotaku, who got chatting to studio boss Alex Rigopulos at an E3 party last week. That'd be just after Dance Central was unveiled at Microsoft's conference, then.

But Rigopulos is reported to have said the team is currently looking into whether Dance Central would work on PS3, if played using the Move controller. Apparently they reckon it's possible.

Any chance of a Wii version too? No. Rigopulos is said to have ruled that out, explaining the machine's motion tracking tech isn't able to process enough data to allow for the kind of dancing title Harmonix would want to produce. Oh well, there's always Just Dance 2 YES.
