Costume Quest 2 finally out in Europe on PS4/PS3 today

I've been in my Halloween outfit this whole time, waiting.

Europe has only been waiting since Halloween...

Whatever the reason for the delay, developer Double Fine has finally announced the - really rather imminent - European PlayStation release of role-playing adventure Costume Quest 2. It's available on PS3 for £11.99 already with a PS4 version expected when the Store updates later today.

North American PS3 and PS4 owners have had access to the game since 28th October, which isn't quite Halloween, but that was the general target.

Ex-Eurogamer editor Tom Bramwell reviewed Costume Quest 2 at the time and wasn't particularly impressed. "Even a short game can outstay its welcome," he wrote, "and while there is still a great concept at the core of Double Fine's Halloween series, if anything this sequel is even further away from nailing it than its predecessor."
