BlizzCon 2010 ticket dates announced

Going for $150 in early June. Two batches.

Activision Blizzard has announced BlizzCon 2010 tickets will go on sale in two batches.

The first batch will sell on Wednesday, 2nd June at 7pm Pacific Time. The second batch will sell on Saturday, 5th June at 10am Pacific Time.

Tickets will be $150 each and available to buy from the BlizzCon website. To make things easier, Blizzard suggests registering a Battle.net account in the lead-up.

BlizzCon 2010 can also be watched from home. BlizzCon Pay Per View returns for DirecTV customers in the US for $39.95. International viewers can stream the event online for the same price.

Those who watch on the internet will be able to chose from and switch between multiple video streams.

Online and DirecTV viewers will also receive the coveted in-game World of Warcraft BlizzCon 2010 item. This will be revealed at a later date.

There will be limited coverage of competitive BlizzCon 2010 tournaments available for free.

BlizzCon 2010 takes place 22nd and 23rd October.
