XBLA's Destination Arcade next week

UI overhaul arrives earlier than expected.

Xbox Live's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb has announced on his blog that Destination Arcade will arrive next Wednesday - one week earlier than expected.

The Xbox Live Arcade UI overhaul will kick-start the Summer of Arcade that begins on 21st July with arty film noire-style platform game Limbo.

Destination Arcade allows you to sort games by price and community rating; quickly see discounted titles; keep track of the newest releases via a news feed; and find out which games your friends liked and recommended.

The Summer or Arcade line-up was listed last week on Eurogamer. Remember that if you buy all five games you'll receive 1200 Microsoft Points back from, well, Microsoft.
