Valkyria Chronicles II heading West

PSP sequel arrives summer 2010.

SEGA has announced that PSP sequel Valkyria Chronicles II will head West next summer. The tactical, watercolour-style RPG launches in Japan this winter.

Confirmation comes from the European PlayStation blog, where a happy SEGA representative shared the news.

Although on PSP, Valkyria Chronicles II picks up where the PS3 original left off and will be created by the same team. We hope little is lost in the translation as the first was a "really, really, really good tactical RPG," concluded the Eurogamer review.

The first shots and video of the sequel can be found on the Valkyria Chronicles II gamepage.
