Team Bondi not just on PS3

Prompts LA Noire 360 rumours.

Could Team Bondi's moody-looking LA Noire be on its way to Xbox 360 as well as PlayStation 3? That's what raincoat-clad Internet detectives believe after a job posting on Gamasutra sought a lead animator and listed both platforms in a section about job details.

The Team Bondi-developed game was signed by Rockstar in 2006, but parent company Take-Two recently revealed that it would not be out any time before fiscal 2009. Team Bondi is headed up by Brendan McNamara, whose previous credits include The Getaway.

So far little is known about LA Noire, other than it being a crime caper in classic film noire style. And, frankly, while the presence of Xbox 360 on a page about LA Noire is always going to prompt speculation, this is so far from conclusive that you could strap fins on it and call it the Loch Ness Monster. After all, it says they make "next-generation console titles" up the top - the fact we only know about Noire doesn't mean there aren't others.

Anyway, pop over to Eurogamer TV for the first teaser trailer, or do something else such as eat breakfast or go to work.
