Söldner X sequel exclusively for PS3

Side-scrolling shooter returns this winter.

Eastasiasoft and Sidequest Studios have announced Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype as a PS3-exclusive sequel.

Anticipated release is winter 2009/2010, writes the official website, and the early blurb forecasts more of the same: a pretty and hectic 2D side-scrolling shoot 'em up.

There are two new ships to get to grips with as well as a new bullet pattern system. Otherwise, the screen-filling, combo-hunting action returns, in underwater worlds, ice caves, tunnel worlds, space and beyond.
