Region-free Metal Slug XX dated on PSP

Co-op enabled MS7 remake.

Atlus will release PSP game Metal Slug XX in the US on 23rd February for the bargain price of $19.99 (£12.50).

We're telling you this because PSP games are region-free and because no European publisher has stepped forward.

And while Metal Slug XX is simply a ported version of DS game Metal Slug 7 (forgetfully released last year), the transition has brought back a crucial missing ingredient: co-op.

That's the icing on a cake made up of seven main levels, 70 missions and six playable characters - plus the option of downloading a seventh, Leona, from the PlayStation Store.
