PS Plus gets a 34% discount for Black Friday

PS Now has also been reduced for the Black Friday sales.

The PS Plus Black Friday deal that kicked off this week of sales is still widely available, with savings of up to 34 per cent available on a year's membership.

The best PS Plus Black Friday offer is still over at ShopTo, where the price on a one year subscription is down to £32.85.

Elsewhere, the reduction isn't quite so strong, including Sony's very own PSN Store and Amazon. Here, you'll find a smaller 25 per cent reduction, bringing the cost down to £37.49. Still, that's not bad if ShopTo ever sells out, as a 12 month PS Plus subscription usually costs £49.99.

If you're here to renew your subscription time you no doubt already know that PS Plus is Sony's membership service across PS4 and PS5. By signing up you'll receive a number of useful benefits: these include access to online multiplayer, exclusive discounts in the PSN Store, cloud storage for saved data and some free games each month.

This month, you've been able to get Middle-Earth: Shadow of War and Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition on PS4 as the PS Plus games for November. Meanwhile, PS5 players will also get quirky adventure Bugsnax as part of their membership.

That's not all PS5 owners get for being on PS Plus, though. You'll find you also have access to the PlayStation Plus Collection on Sony's latest console. This gives you a selection of 20 games that had previously released on PS4 - and been considered some of that generation's best games. Some of the titles included are Bloodborne, God of War, The Last of Us: Remastered and Persona 5. An excellent chance to catch up if you've not had a chance to play them yet!

Expect this PS Plus Black Friday offer to last for the next couple of weeks - and use it as the perfect opportunity to top up your subscription time if it's about to lapse. Oh, and for more offers throughout Black Friday, you can also follow Jelly Deals on Twitter.
