Valor Lakefront Pokémon, trainers and items
Valor Lakefront is a short, grassy route that leads south to Hotel Grand Lake from Route 214. It also has the entrance to Lake Valor on it, which you can't access for now - it's blocked off by a couple of scientists acting as guards, who say a strange man called Cyrus asked them to evacuate the whole Lake Valor area on safety grounds. Hmm.
For now all you can do is collect what you want and move on to Hotel Grand Lake, just to the south.

Trainers and Opponents
Hotel Grand Lake Suite Key location and Pokémon, trainers and items
Hotel Grand Lake is technically just the name of the main building in this area, which merges between Routes 214 to the north and 213 to the south. Still, we're including all the various hotel-related buildings here as part of Hotel Grand Lake, while the beachy area to the south is your next stop which we define as Route 213.
To the east is Route 222, the path to Sunyshore City, but you can't access that for a little while yet, so ignore it for now.
The main attractions here are the Seven Stars Restaurant, which contains a number of doubles battles with all of the patrons there. You can repeat these daily between the hours of 9am and 11am.
Otherwise, there's a woman right near the start of the area who's lost her suite key, and is locked out of her room. Here's where to get it.
Hotel Grand Lake Suite Key location
Head to the main hotel building in the centre of the area, and stop before entering it (you enter it from the north, even though it isn't toally clear there's a door there).
On your left (west), near the wall, you'll find the suite key hidden. Use the dowsing machine to track it's exact location down specifically if you're struggling!
