No SSFII Turbo HD for PSN this week

European gamers forced to wait.

Capcom has admitted that Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will not be released on PlayStation Network in Europe this week.

The publisher has previously refused to comment on the PSN version - despite the fact it launches in the US this week - but a spokesperson told Eurogamer today that "it's definitely not this week".

HD Remix is due out in the US today on PSN and worldwide tomorrow on Xbox Live Arcade, where it will cost USD 14.99 and 1200 Microsoft Points (GBP 10.20 / EUR 14.40) respectively.

The fancy HD-graphics version of one of the best 2D beat-'em-ups ever has been in development for almost as long as Capcom has existed, and features 1080p visuals, a soundtrack by OCRemix and online play among its new features.
