Egosoft shows off X˛: The Threat

Rollin' rollin' rollin'.

According to our admittedly rusty memories, we haven't seen a rolling demo since the Amiga days. Nevertheless, Egosoft has seen fit to release a rolling game-engine demo of its forthcoming space combat title, X˛: The Threat. The demo runs for about seven minutes at will cost you 41MB of precious hard drive space. At least it's a bit more of an interesting promotion method than fuzzy QuickTimes.
