Hudson doing Rev flight game

Landing at E3.

Hudson's already intimately involved with the Nintendo Revolution - having agreed to a deal that will see TurboGrafx titles made available through the console's Virtual Console digital distribution system - but according to an E3 teaser email sent out the other day it's also working on some new stuff.

The game mentioned is an unnamed "Flight Game". Apparently we'll be able to "Take to the skies in a way never before experienced on any home console" using the Revolution's "Gesture System" to control planes doing various things - performing intricate flying manoeuvres and "sky artistry" or dropping bombs among them.

If you think it all sounds a bit Pilotwings then you're not alone, and although there's no professed connection to Paradigm's SNES and N64 classic, there's been speculation for ages that Nintendo's farming out some sort of sequel to a first or second party development partner.

Whatever it is, expect to see and hear a bit more about Hudson's Flight Game at E3 next month.
