Joint Ops expansion to debut at LAN party

Going to i22? Then you can try it out. It's gone gold, too.

Escalation, the first expansion pack for multiplayer first-person shooter Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising, has officially gone gold and will be premiered to an audience of PC gamers at Multiplay's i22 LAN event at Newbury Racecourse this weekend, publisher NovaLogic announced this week.

Attendees will be able to take part in Joint Ops: Escalation tournaments and walk off with various prizes, whilst getting to grips with new additions like attack choppers, battle tanks and dirt bikes, and the numerous other enhancements made to the original game's 100-player-plus battle set-up.

You can find full details on the i22 event and registration options on the Multiplay website here. Escalation is due to be released in Europe later this month on November 26th.
