Strategy First to publish Shadow Vault

Strategy clearly comes first. Obviously according to Strategy First anyway, and who are we to argue? Enforcing its position on that very fact, the Canadian publisher has announced its not-quite-worldwide publishing deal for forthcoming turn-based strategy RPG Shadow Vault. Not-quite-worldwide because the deal excludes Russia.

Shadow Vault - developed by Slovak outfit Mayhem - promises an epic storyline set in a "stylish nuclear war ravaged environment", spread across twenty levels. Each environment has buildings and structures can apparently be destroyed and used for cover, and players can utilise over thirty abilities and forty actions that can enhance each combat class, which include medics, engineers, snipers and such. It should show up on the shelves early 2004.
