Valve to hop over the pond and proffer its wares.

Valve will be showcasing Half-Life 2 at this year's ECTS event in London, Vivendi has announced. The game is apprently being demonstrated in a "purpose-built sound-proofed amphitheatre" as opposed to playable pods sadly, but perhaps we'll get one of those elusive release date things out of the rascals. Hopefully we'll get to see some new footage at the very least since most of the E3 material is available over Steam, and prior to that the majority of us watched the entire 20 minute presentation over and over again. Many times. ECTS runs from August 27-29, and you can expect Eurogamer to get all hot and sweaty for your benefit.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. For more information, go here.
