Chrome Hounds delayed

In Japan.

SEGA's moved back Chrome Hounds' Japanese release date by a month from May 25h to June 29th, the company announced on Friday.

It also delayed Myst on PSP from April 20th to June 15th.

GameSpot reports SEGA cited the need to spend more time ensuring the game meet quality standards before shipping.

Chrome Hounds, in development at From Software, is an Xbox 360 mech combat game shown off at E3 last year and playable at the Tokyo Game Show in September.

There's no word on a European release date for it. Meanwhile, in Japan, there's speculation afoot that its new date, June 29, will see Microsoft relaunch the Xbox 360 in some way to take advantage of the arrival of several new games.
