Football Factory on UMD

And Equilibrium. Both for launch.

Momentum Pictures will release two of its more popular films on UMD format, smack-bang on the launch date of Sony's PSP.

The Football Factory and Equilibrium will hit stores on September 1st, the same date PlayStation Portable finally (finally!) touches ground in the UK. The Football Factory is a British story based on the John King novel of the same name, portraying a "violent and humorous snapshot" of infamous Chelsea Headhunters gang, starring Danny Dyer (Human Traffic).

Sci-fi dystopia movie, Equilibrium, features Batman Begins star, Christian Bale, with cameos from Sean Bean, Sean Pertwee and a very unsubtle McGuffin puppy.

These films will be followed by Quentin Tarantino's cult classic Reservoir Dogs, which will release early September.
