New PAL Releases Roundup

WipEout, Pure, Samba, Hell's Highway.

There's lots to spend money on this week. As far as we're concerned, most eyes should be on WipEout HD and Pure, two excellent additions to the racing stable.

WipEout HD should need less of an introduction; we'll leave you with the 9/10 review and GBP 11.99 price tag and be done.

Pure, on the other hand, will be less well-known. This is the quad-bike racer that left Kristan with a case of the smiles this morning, thanks to big jumps, outrageous tricks, stunning visuals and silly old fun. For your serious consideration.

Much quieter, on the other hand, is THQ off-road effort Baja, which slips out under Eurogamer's reviewing radar. For better or worse, only time will tell.

Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway is another big hitter this week, although not quite as tip top as we would have liked. We'd still drive off with a truck full, though.

Elsewhere is Samba de Amigo, recommended for drunk but not so much for sober, plus the RPG interpretation of Sonic by BioWare, which turned out to be short but sweet.

And the list goes on: decent Civilization IV expansion Colonization; quirky and recommended Wii game de Blob, and good but not great Wii platformer Wario Land: The Shake Dimension.

Bang after bang after bang. Full list below:
