New consoles "in the next few years" - Ubi

Bossman highlights need for investment.

Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot has said the company is already planning for the arrival of new games hardware.

He was speaking during a conference call about Ubi's financial results, as reported by Joystiq.

"We need to get ready for the future generation of consoles," Guillemot said.

"In the next few years, there will be new home and handheld consoles, and if you don't invest... You will not be able to cope with both [existing and new consoles]."

In other words: better start saving up for that PlayStation 4 now. Or possbly something more business-related.
