More WB films for Video Store

Launches on 360 today.

Xbox Live Marketplace Video Store launches in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Canada today, offering a range of films as standard and high definition rentals, and Microsoft has popped up in our inboxes this morning to add that another 17 Warner Bros. films are on the way before 7th January.

What's more, UK gamers will be able to download a "mystery title" in HD for only 99p on Friday, 28th December.

The list of launch day films has already been announced, and they will be joined by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, We Are Marshall, Batman & Robin, Batman Forever, Batman Returns, Wild Wild West, US Marshals, Deep Blue Sea, Sphere, Unforgiven, Maverick, Contact, Conspiracy Theory, Outbreak, Last Boy Scout, Miss Congeniality and Analyze That.

Microsoft's press release says that Batman Forever, Batman Returns and Analyze That will launch by the end of the year.

Pricing for the films is set at 250 MS Points (GBP 2.13 / EUR 2.91) for standard definition rentals and 380 MS Points (GBP 3.23 / EUR 4.42) for high definition, and films will become unwatchable 24 hours after you first start viewing them or within 14 days of download.
