Monster Hunter Rise - Ore locations: Where to find Machalite Ore, Dragonite Ore, Icium and other rare ores

A list of bone locations throughout Monster Hunter Rise.

Monster Hunter Rise Ores are one of many components you'll need to construct weapons and armour pieces for your Hunter and companions.

The activity is rather straightforward, but knowing where to find specific Ore locations is a different story. From Machalite Ore to Icium, the game doesn't exactly explain where to find each of them, and most are obtained purely by chance.

That being said, this list covers Monster Hunter Rise Ore locations and instances so you know where to start looking for that elusive material.

What are Ores in Monster Hunter Rise used for?

Ore is one of many items that can be obtained in Monster Hunter Rise, and they primarily as elements to forge armour and weapons, as well as upgrade existing equipment.

You will mainly find Ore from Mining Outcrops, which are crystals scattered throughout the game's areas. You can distinguish them in the map with an icon with a question mark and a few small blocks surrounding it.

Once you approach the glowing crystals, just press the button prompt and continue marching on. Note that you can gather Ore while riding your Palamute.
