PopCap has assured Eurogamer that surprise new project Johnny Minkley's Meat Ceiling is being given the 'correct' treatment at the company, having been added to the roster after a steak-related wager went awry.

"Well, PopCap has an official policy to not talk about games in development," John Vechey, PopCap co-founder, told us - confirming the game's position amongst the company's up-and-coming ranks.

"I can assure you that the proper amount of care and attention that Johnny Minkley's Meat Ceiling needs to have put into it, will be put into it. We're really good at taking multiple platforms and putting the right game on them.

"And I assure you that the exact proper amount of care and attention will go into Johnny Minkley's Meat Ceiling that needs to be in Johnny Minkley's Meat Ceiling," he repeated,.

A release date and platforms for Johnny Minkley's Meat Ceiling have yet to be announced.
