Game Career Fair returns

To London next month.

The second annual London Game Career Fair is set to take place next month, hosted by leading industry websites Gamasutra.com and GamesIndustry.biz (which is published by Eurogamer Network).

Last year's inaugural event was a huge success, with more than 1000 visitors in attendance. The 2007 London Game Career Fair will take place at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane on October 23rd and 24th. Entrance is free

So why not pop along? It's the perfect platform for anyone hoping to break into the games industry or make a career move. You can rub shoulders with top industry veterans, and if you're a top industry veteran yourself the LGCF is the ideal place to seek out exciting new talent.

Both exhibitor stands and speaker sessions are planned and some of the world's foremost developers and publishers will be in attendance. Those already signed up to exhibit include Electronic Arts, LucasArts, THQ, NCsoft, Rare, Evolution Studios and Team17. Other exhibitors, including colleges and universities, will be announced shortly.

Everyone is welcome, from industry professionals to recent graduates and individuals from related industries such as film, computer graphics and animation.

The event will focus on a range of disciplines including programming, audio, art, production, design and QA. The schedule of sessions will be announced on the website at GameCareerFair.com shortly.
