Fortnite - Rose location: Where to find a rose at Steel Farm or The Orchard explained
Pick a rose for Valentines!
Finding a rose at either Steel Farm or The Orchard is part of the Valentine's Day challenge set for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5.
When attempting this challenge, it's important to note that you only need one rose, so, like finding Grimbles' love potion, you only need to visit one of these locations.
Picking a rose will reward you with 20,000 XP, which will help you climb the Battle Pass ranks and unlock new Season 5 Battle Pass skins.
Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. What's new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include the Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection and Eren Jaeger skin. It's a good idea to know how to get XP fast in Fortnite.

Steel Farm and The Orchard locations in Fortnite explained
Steel Farm and The Orchard are both landmarks, which means that their names won't appear on the Fortnite map. Thankfully, both locations can be easily visited at the start of every match.
Steel Farm is located on the northern portion, above the petrol station, of the island directly to the east of the Colossal Coliseum.
The Orchard, meanwhile, is located to the north of Colossal Coliseum at the edge of the desert - just make sure you're exploring a grassy area and you'll quickly find The Orchard.
Since you only need one rose, you only need to visit either Steel Farm or The Orchard once. Pick whichever location suits your early match play style and quickly pick up the rose, so that you can continue with the rest of the match.

Where to find a rose at Steel Farm or The Orchard in Fortnite
Before finding a rose in Fortnite, it's important that you decide whether you want to visit Steel Farm or the Orchard, since you only need to collect one rose. The best way to do this is to check the map during the match warmup and pick the location furthest away from the bus's path - this will hopefully ensure there aren't many players in your chosen location.
If you decide to visit Steel Farm, you'll find the rose on the northern side of the farmhouse, near some crates of corn - simply walk around the building until you find the roses on the ground.
If, however, The Orchard is your chosen location, you need to enter the main farmhouse to find the roses, on the floor, opposite the front door.
