Fortnite - Sentinel Hands explained: How to launch off all Sentinel Hands without touching the ground explained

Continue your path towards the Wolverine skin!

Launching off all the Sentinel hand without touching the ground is the fourth Wolverine challenge you need to complete in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4.

In the first challenge you searched for the mysterious claw marks, the second involved raiding a Quinjet patrol side and the third was all about finding Wolverine's Trophy in Dirty Docks. Now you need to visit the Sentinel graveyard, which isn't the safest place for a mutant really.

Completing all of the Wolverine challenges will unlock the special Wolverine skin, which will allow you to play as the famous X-Man during the Marvel themed Season 4.

Sentinel graveyard location in Fortnite explained

The Sentinel graveyard is a new landmark introduced in Season 4 of Fortnite and keeps to the Marvel theme for this season. It can be found on the border of E5 and E6 of the Fortnite map.

The location of the Sentinel graveyard in Fortnite.

Since the Sentinel graveyard is a landmark location, its name won't appear on the map. Instead, it will appear on the screen as you enter this location. The best way to find it, however, is to simply look out for the giant purple robots lying on the ground.

Seriously - it's quite hard to miss from the Battle Bus.

If you land on the ground at any point while attempting this challenge, don't worry - you don't have to restart the match. Instead, you'll just have to try again until you've completed the challenge.

Fortnite Season 4 has arrived and it’s brought the Marvel universe with it, including Thor, Groot, Storm, Mystique and Iron Man. There’s also a new Victory Umbrella to earn, new map locations and a special Wolverine skin to unlock, with the challenges being investigating claw marks, finding the Loading Screen picture at a Quinject Patrol Site, Wolverine's Trophy, launching off the Sentinel Hands, locate a Trask Transport Truck and how to defeat Wolverine. Make sure you know how to drive a car and use the gas stations too! Don't forget to raid a Quinjet landing spot or The Collection location! Finally, there are new challenges for you to complete, including driving boats beneath the coloured bridges and visiting Panther's Prowl.

How to launch off all the Sentinel Hands without touching the ground in Fortnite

The first thing to remember when completing this Wolverine challenge is that touching the ground does not mean that you have to restart the match. You simply have to try and, really, don't be surprised if completing this challenge does take you a couple of attempts.

The trick to ensuring that you don't touch the ground is to take your time, carefully maneuver your avatar on each hand and remembering that you can use your glider.

Thanks to the central location of the Sentinel graveyard, you don't have to worry about the storm, but do remember that, while completing this challenge, you will be an easy target for other players.

When it actually comes to launching from one hand to another, we recommend starting with the hand that sits halfway up the hill.

From there, you can jump across to the hand directly opposite it, which sits in near the destroyed house.

Next, head to the hand which is furthest to the north and sits behind the Sentinel it used to be attached to.

After jumping off this hand, head around the hill in front of you and carefully touch the outward palm of the Sentient you find there. This will most likely be the hardest jump you do, so make sure you either land on the first hand you jumped from or the one nearest the house.

Next, you'll want to head to the most southerly hand, which is on the other side of the destroyed house.

Finally, land on the hand to the right of the most southerly hand and you should complete the challenge, unlocking the Ferocious Weapon Wrap.

If the weapon wrap doesn't unlock, keep jumping around on the hands, making sure you don't hit the wall, until you unlock the wrap, because you've most likely missed one by accident.
