Cheap tracks for Rock Band tomorrow

Motley Crue, Papa Roach, Trapt.

MTV and Harmonix will be releasing a trio of cheap Rock Band songs tomorrow to celebrate the upcoming CrueFest event in Hollywood.

"Down At The Whisky" by honoured band Motley Crue, "Time Is Running Out" by Papa Roach, and "Who's Going Home With You Tonight" by Trapt will be just USD 0.99 or 80 Microsoft Points (GBP 0.68 / EUR 0.96) each.

On top of that, "Promised Land" from fictitious comedic outfit Vesuvius (as seen in upcoming film The Rocker) will be chucked in for free. The entire bundle will set you back just USD 2.99 or 240 Microsoft Points (GBP 2.04 / EUR 2.88).

CrueFest takes place in late July and is an established charity event originally put together by Motley Crue fans to pay homage to the band and those inspired by them. The proceeds from tickets - which cost USD 30 each - go towards the Skylar Neil Foundation.

We've never heard of any of the bands there, but then we have a sensible haircut.
