Board Games go console

PS2, PSP, Wii. Pieceless.

Empire Interactive has unveiled a new collection of board games for PS2, Wii and PSP.

Inside the magic box will be 24 (20 on PS2) of the games you will probably play one way or another this Christmas if your parents have anything to do with it - things like Chess, Snakes & Ladders, Noughts & Crosses, etc.

Each will be customisable, so you can fiddle with the rules, difficulty and music, as you take on six of your friends and family or tackle the mighty computer brain. There are even fancy trophies to chase to show everyone how successful you are at it and why you have been staying in an awful lot recently.

Ultimate Board Game Collection has done very well in the US and will be available here early next year.

Pop over to our Ultimate Board Game Collection PSP and PS2 galleries to see what the game looks like, or pop your eyes down below for the full list of games.
