Scooters ride again

And we're not talking about those silly little mini-scooters either

Italian developers Trecision have released a new batch of screenshots of the bizarrely named "Scooty Races", which they were showing off to potential publishers at the recent ECTS trade show in London. The game sees you tearing around the streets on a range of different scooters, with cel shaded cartoon-style graphics throughout. Details of the supposedly innovative gameplay are a little thin on the ground at the moment, but what we do know is that Scooty will feature eight characters and a whole host of game modes to master, with locations varying from Japan to Greece by way of a Mayan pyramid. Both single player and multiplayer challenges will be included, along with teamplay options.

With ECTS now over we should hopefully soon be hearing some more details about Scooty Races, which is due out early next year. In the meantime, enjoy our gallery of colourful new screenshots from the game.
