January sales at Gameplay

Online store offers up to 80% off some games

are following in the great tradition of the January sale this month, with claims that some titles have been reduced by up to 80%, although to be honest we couldn't find anything that had been cut quite that drastically. Although many of the games in the sale are either ancient history or second-rate bargain bin fodder ("Daikatana" for 9.99 anybody?), there are some quality titles hidden away in there, such as innovative third person action game "Evolva" (9.99 on PC) and top-heavy beat 'em up "Dead or Alive 2" (22.99 on Dreamcast). If you fancy some bargain hunting from the comfort of your own home, head over to the sale page at Gameplay.com and have a rummage.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. For more information, go here.
