Microsoft working to replenish Xbox Series X stock “as quickly as we can”

Though no concrete timeline has been given.

With the Xbox Series X now sold out everywhere, Microsoft has said that it is “working with our retail partners to replenish stock as quickly as we can”.

The confirmation comes in a new Xbox Wire post that looks at the success of the new console launch and what players can look forward to in 2021.

Sadly, the post doesn't offer any sort of time frame as to when we can expect more Xbox Series X stock to be made available. We do know right now, though, that another wave of Xbox consoles will be coming to UK stores from the week commencing 14th December.

Tech retailer Box has already opened a ballot for wannabe buyers, while you'll just have to try your luck the old fashioned way if stock pops up at places such as Amazon, Argos and Game.

Over the past few weeks, we've seen that it's been much easier to get an Xbox Series S compared to the Series X. The former seems to be made available more frequently and then remain in stock for much longer, too. That may be because buyers are holding off to wait for the more powerful Series X or Microsoft may be focusing on the cheaper Series S as the more affordable product for gifting at this time of year. It definitely offers excellent value when paired with Xbox Game Pass!

Anyway, you can keep an eye on our stock page linked above or make sure you're following Jelly Deals on Twitter for all the latest Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S stock updates.
