Stardew Valley JojaMart Membership route and Development Projects explained
Help the Joja Cooperation leave its mark on Stardew Valley.
Buying a JojaMart Membership in Stardew Valley will unlock a new, far more corporate, route for restoring the valley.
Replacing the Community Center bundles with the Community Development Projects, the JojaMart Membership route is a permanent change to your save file. If you take this route, you'll no longer be able to receive any of the rewards from the Community Center bundles.
Have a good think about whether you want to return to the corporate world of Joja or support Pelican Town and its citizens by rebuilding the Community Center yourself.

How to buy a JojaMart Membership in Stardew Valley explained
When Lewis first shows you the Community Center, he'll mention that the JojaMart wants to buy the old building and transform it into a Joja Warehouse. He's decided that he will only go through with the sale if one more person in the valley buys a Joja Membership.
Guess who's shoulders this decision weight upon?
Remember - buying a Joja Membership is permanent. You won't be able to transform the warehouse back into the old Community Center.
If you truly do want a Joja Membership, then head to the JojaMart on the east side of Pelican Town, just above the Blacksmiths. It's open between 9am to 11pm every day.
Once inside, talk to Morris at the counter to your right and purchase your membership, which costs 5000g.
This membership will also give you a discount on all products from the JojaMart.
Joja Community Development Projects in Stardew Valley explained
Now that you've become the latest member in the Joja family, the old community centre will be transformed into the Joja Warehouse overnight. When you return to the JojoMart, talking to Morris will open the Community Development Projects menu.
On here you'll be able to pay for the various upgrades for the valley, which, previously, you would have unlocked by completing bundles.
Only the Bulletin Board bundle set is missing, due its reward being a friendship boost with everyone in the valley. (The Joja Cooperation doesn't trade in friendship.)
Below you'll find how much you need to 'donate' for each Community Development Project:
- Minecarts - 15,000g
- Panning - 20,000g
- Bridge - 25,000g
- Greenhouse - 35,000g
- Bus - 40,000g
You'll watch a cutscene of Morris and the Joja crew completing your selected project the night after you purchase it.
Reward for the JojaMart Membership Route in Stardew Valley explained
Morris will hold a ceremony for you after you've completed, well brought, all of the Community Development Projects.
In thanks for your support of Joja, he'll give you a Soda Machine, which will give you one Joja Cola a day.
Completing the Joja Community Development Project route is the only way to earn this Soda Machine. I'm sure the free soda is worth working for what is clearly becoming a dystopian company. (If it isn't already.)
One of the main goals in Stardew Valley is to complete the Community Center bundles or, if you’re corporate minded, you can buy a JojaMart Membership. Fishing is a great way to earn money in Stardew Valley, especially if you decide to use crab pots and ponds. Throughout the year you’ll also be able to take in a variety of festivals, including the Egg Festival, Stardew Valley Fair and the Night Market.
