PS Plus deal takes 25% off a 1 year membership

New year, new deal.

We may have only just slipped into 2020 but the offers are already coming out in full force. Sony is kicking off the new year with a fresh PS Plus deal, so now's a great time to renew your subscription if it's about to lapse.

You can save 25 per cent off a 1 year PS Plus membership right now at Amazon UK, bringing the price down from it's usual £49.99 to £37.49. Not great, not terrible.

As they did over Black Friday, though, ShopTo has swooped in with a slightly better offer of £31.85 for a 1 year PS Plus subscription. That's probably the closest we're going to see it drop to its old lowest discount price of £30 following the price hike.

A great trio of games if you enjoy watching a smarmy Drake repeatedly fall off things.

As for the freebies you'll get with a subscription, you've got one day left to grab Monster Energy Supercross - The Video Game and Titanfall 2 as the pair of free PS Plus games for December.

Then, from tomorrow, the new January games are added - that's rip-roaring adventure trilogy Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and the joke that got way out of hand, Goat Simulator.

Both these offers have been live since 3rd January, so you've probably got a little while yet before the price returns to normal. If you don't need to renew just yet, though, you can always find the best price for PS Plus over at Jelly Deals. While there, you can also find our guides to the best PS4 external hard drive and best price for The Last of Us Part 2.
