Tom Nook introduces Animal Crossing: New Horizons' latest trailer

We'll be honest, there's not much to the new snippets of gameplay shown in this Animal Crossing: New Horizons trailer.

But this fresh reminder of New Horizons' impending arrival, introduced by Tom Nook himself, is a warm and welcome refresher on this cold January day.

Perhaps the villagers in attendance for Nook's presentation have had a similarly tiring 2019. Perhaps they're looking forward to a sunny island getaway. Or perhaps they're all tired of the relentless bullshit Nintendo keeps adding to mobile spin-off Pocket Camp.

Regardless, New Horizons looks incredibly inviting and, this side of Christmas, I can't help but feel delighted it got delayed to give me something to look forward to.
