Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy confirmed for PlayStation Now

Aloy, Aloy, Aloy...

Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy are coming to PlayStation Now, Sony has announced.

The two big Sony first-party games launch on PS Now on 2nd January 2020, alongside Overcooked! 2.

Sony's strategy for PS Now differs from that of Microsoft's for rival video game subscription service Xbox Game Pass. Sony has so far been reluctant to launch its PlayStation 4 exclusives on PS Now at the same time as it releases them in shops, whereas Microsoft launches its Xbox exclusives on Game Pass day and date with disc retail.

So, the addition of Guerrilla's Horizon Zero Dawn and Naughty Dog's Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is significant for PS Now. It comes hot on the heels of the launch of Google's streaming service Stadia, and huge positivity around Game Pass in the run up to the launch of the next-generation of consoles.

It's worth noting both Horizon and Uncharted are only available to download to the PlayStation 4 and stream until 7th April 2020. The addition of these two games for PS Now also means they're available to play on PC for the first time. Could this signal a proper PC launch is on the horizon?
