Just below you'll find all the best PS4 Black Friday controller deals we've spotted so far. We'll keep this section updated if we find any other great offers out in the wild.

First up, Amazon UK is offering some great savings on a number of PS4 controllers in a wide variety of colours.

It's also worth having a glance at Shopto and Argos' PS4 Controller offerings. The former has plenty of colours on offer at the lowest prices we've seen so far.

Here are some third party options if you're after a premium, or alternatively, a cheaper PS4 controller.

If you're based in the US, then don't fear because there are still plenty of savings to be had too. Amazon has an array of DualShock 4 controllers in a huge variety of colours and we've rounded them all up for you below.

For some pricey - and not so pricey - third party options, here's what we've spotted.

Is there a difference between first and third party controllers?

Yes, absolutely. First party controllers are those made by the official manufacturer, meaning that they're by far the best option. Despite being more expensive, the DualShock 4 has HD rumble, a touchpad, and great build quality which means it should last for years of continuous use. Essentially, you're not going to skimp on features and you can be sure that everything works out of the box.

On the other hand, some third party controllers aren't quite as reliable. Of course, it depends on how much cash you fork out, but the likelihood is you're buying a third party option because you don't want to spend too much.

With this in mind, cheaper third party controllers aren't going to have all the signature features of the DualShock 4. It might lack vibration for instance, it might not have a touchpad, the triggers might not be quite as satisfying to pull, or the D-Pad might not be quite as well constructed. All in all, don't expect them to last as long, but they'll do the job just fine!

If you plan on spending more on a fancy third party controller for PS4, then it's build quality should be quite high and it'll likely have even more features than the standard DualShock 4. However, you might still run into a few issues if you don't set things up just right.

This doesn't necessarily make all third party controllers iffy, it just means you need to be vigilant when adding them to your shopping basket. Make sure you check their features and functionality before committing.

Is there a PS4 Pro controller?

Unfortunately no. Unlike the Xbox One which has a swanky Elite Controller with extra features and higher build quality, PlayStation doesn't have an equivalent DualShock 4.

However, there are plenty of third party options which bring a premium feel to the DualShock design. They're not officially licensed, but they take the DualShock framework, are fully compatible with the PS4, and boast extra features you won't find on the standard PS4 controller.

Take the Razer Raiju Ultimate controller as an example. It features interchangeable thumbsticks and D-Pad, extra buttons, the ability to customise inputs and even some flashy RGB lighting. It'll set you back £135, but you get those special bonuses you wouldn't find elsewhere.

For something a touch cheaper, the Nacon Revolution Unlimited Pro Controller offers serious customisation and high quality construction for £119.99.
