The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening amiibo lets you summon Shadow Link

It's dangerous not to go alone.

Nintendo has given us our first look at Shadow Link chasing regular Link around a dungeon thanks to the adorable Link amiibo.

By using the amiibo, you'll be able to add Shadow Link to Chamber Dungeons to give your game that extra bit of challenge. Once summoned, Shadow Link will chase you until you defeat him.

Last month we got a look at another of the game's exciting new features, dungeon editing, allowing players to join rooms together they've cleared from other dungeons.

It's not long now before we'll all be able to get our hands on Link's Awakening for Switch, as it releases on 20th September.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. For more information, go here.
