Fortbyte 74 is found within the assassin's house on the desert coast - this refers to the far south-east of the map, specifically east of Paradise Palms.

The house is more of a compound than the houses you see in named locations across the map, so it's hard to miss. As the description says, it's on the desert coast.

Get inside the assassin's house, and head to the north-most door leading from the main corridor.

This will lead down to a basement area where, if you pickaxe at the ground, will reveal several Chests.
