Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. What's new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! For the Week 5 Challenges, you are tasked with the following, which unlock in sequence:

  • Stage 1: Dance on top of a Water Tower
  • Stage 2: Dance on top of a Ranger Tower
  • Stage 3: Dance on top of a Air Traffic Control Tower

Here are the Water Tower, Ranger Tower and Air Traffic Control Tower locations at a glance:

First, you don't have to worry about whether or not this needs to be completed in one match, obviously, as unlike most other challenges, you only need to do it the one time.

Second, you might be wondering how to dance if you're new to the game. To do so, bring up the Emotes wheel (D-Pad on console, or press B on PC), and then select an emote that makes your character dance. You'll get a pop up on your screen when you've successfully danced on one, so you'll know when it works!

Here are their locations in further detail...

Fortnite Water Tower location

You'll find this in the south-east of Retail Row - a thin and black tower right in the corner.

You'll want to land on it from a glider - so do so from the start of a match, or from a plane.

Land on top and dance and on the next match, get ready for the Ranger Tower location.

Fortnite Ranger Tower location

You'll know the Ranger Tower location as soon as you think about it - it's the elevated hut in the south of Lonely Lodge.

Get right on top of the roof - the level below won't do - and dance to unlock this part of the challenge. Though landing on it from the start of the match is easiest, building or using a Grapple Gun is also possible since you can climb up the stairs most of the way up.

Next is the third and final step - the Air Traffic Control Tower location.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 is here! It brings a free Lego Insider skin and redemption codes with it, along with a new Victory Umbrella. We've also got pages on new features like Medallions, Weapon Mods, and how to complete a Train Heist. Meanwhile, learn what the best weapons are in the current season, how to get XP fast, and what the best PC settings are to help earn a Victory Crown.

Fortnite Air Traffic Control Tower location

A quick look at the map shows this can only be in one location - Frosty Flights. You're looking for the standalone tower with a satellite dish on top:

As with the Ranger Tower, that you can climb up most of the way with stairs means building or using the Grapple Gun is possible. That said, if you land there at the start of the match, or from a plane, then do so - it means you can get in, dance, and away before anyone spots you.

Already done? There are plenty of other Challenges to take on this week - so keep playing!
