Square Enix has teased an upcoming crossover for Monster Hunter World and Final Fantasy XIV.

There really isn't a huge amount to say beyond that at present but, luckily, there's a brisk trailer to at least offer a tiny taste of things to come.

So yes, looks like our old friend the Rathalos will be raining fiery fury on hardy Final Fantasy XIV adventurers (with Palicos seemingly along to offer assistance where they can) when the crossover commences some time this summer.
