Far Cry 5 - Foxhole solution

How to find and complete Far Cry 5's Foxhole treasure puzzle.

Far Cry 5 Foxhole is a puzzle you have to solve within the Holland Valley region.

It's one of many Prepper Stash locations you'll find throughout the game, all giving you rewards once you solve and figure out how to access them.

Foxhole solution

Location: Armstrong Residence

Rewards: $1,000, Militia Outfit, 3 x perk magazines

This next Prepper Stash involves a small firefight followed by some platforming at high temperatures. The Armstrong Residence (located east of the Lamb of God Church) is being burned to the ground by a group of mean-spirited cultists - since they're distracted you can set up an ambush of your choosing.

We opted to use one of the hills overlooking the ruins to snipe them from afar (there should be around eight, including a flamethrower heavy and a VIP). Keep moving between trees to throw them off your location.

When they're all dead, speak to the roving NPC with the Prepper Stash symbol over his head or read the note on the box outside. Also be on your card as the house is right next to a dirt road making you a prime target for passing foes.

Now it's time for some acrobatics. To start, located the open window on the right-hand side of the property (when facing the front). Jump through the window and a boiler will explode and fly into the air.

Immediately turn right, then make a left. Next, clamber over the barrier in front of you. You'll now need to walk up the ramp in front of you to safely cross over the fire.

Now jump down, turn right at the end of the room, turn right again and you'll see some shelving in an alcove. Climb the shelving and use it to reach the wooden platform above. From here, move along the ledge and jump to the next wooden platform, then another just in front of it.

Now turn right, just in time to see that boiler land on the ground again. Leap down to the room with the hatch. Open it up and drop down. Inside, turn right and the goodies in the Foxhole are yours for the taking.
